our  apartment accommodates 4 and  features:

Contracting: 

•  The unit rents for $1600 to $3200  a month, based on length of stay, number of people,  and season of rental

• Utilities -  Electricity, water, Cable/internet 50MB (More Available)  included for short term rental, paid by tenant  for seasonal/long  term rental

• Rental periods - Short Term rental  is considered less than 3 months, Seasonal rental is less than  6 month,  Long Term rental is considered more than 6 month

• Deposit - short term rentals are prepaid,  seasonal and long term  requires a 1 month deposit.

• No  sub contracting allowed
