• Rental periods - Short Term rental  is considered less than 3 months, Seasonal rental is less than  6 month,  Long Term rental is considered more than 6 month

Seasons:

• Low Season -May, June, September, October 

• Green Season - July, August 

• High Season - November,December, January, February, March, April

• Peak Season - December 15 to January 15th
